2010: THE YEAR FOR DRINKS, LOVE, AND SEQUENCE

So readers it is the start of a new year with promising future days ahead of us; my birthday next month [19 woohoo !] the future spring and summer catelog of every great fashion article and magazine, and the year of a new love. I happen to love new years day and on, I feel like it promises so much without false hope, but it allows you to start over, regroup and begin a new chapter of yourself and stage in life. With that said there are a couple of things I am looking forward to: life and love. The 2 'L's that are always on my mind, life, involving who surrounds me and what I do, and love, the very fibre in my body that tingles at the sore sight of something weak in me.
Some new years resolutions I will be trying to follow are
(1) Let people in who deserve it, not closing myself to new possibilities of relationships
(2) Reach for the stars, always.
(3) Love, love and love some more. Love is infinite, I can always make more of it when I need to.

I could talk about love and life forever but I could not blog about a love that I've had all my life, fashion. I was reading one of the many fashion blogs that I follow and I had come across an editorial in Bazaar, after reading it I saw exactly what she saw in these pictures, garments in all of its glory. It would be terrible of me to write a blog without mentioning the people, or things that inspire me. Inspirations can be drawn from many things, for me, it's a painting, a photograph, poems, rainy days, the ocean, or the sounds and sirens of the city. These are my inspirations, they may not be yours, but when I feel lost at sea, they bring me back with their words and beauty. It would be impossible to show you all my favourite art and literature, so I will show you this, representing my feelings for all.
