"H&M and Jimmy Choo line has launched a video and slideshow on its revealing a glimpse of what the collection, which will hit around 200 stores worldwide on November 14, will look like." So, am I the only one who's surprised, and a little dissapointed in Jimmy Choo's standards that they would go from being known as a top designer to, H&M. A pair of Jimmy Choo's can go up to $400.00 american, and made a lot of money to my knowing.. So now, I'm curious, is this Choo's desperate reach for money and to target a bigger audience by lowering their standards AND prices? I think this will get Jimmy's already loyal customers, who do spend the extra money for the name and quality, will be turned off by their conglomerationwith H&M. The collection is nice enough, and it gives those suffering from the recession a chance to buy something considered, designer. However, with Jimmy Choo you get good quality alongside a good name, I'm worried about the quality for "Jimmy Choo for H&M."
The Jimmy Choo for H&M apparently range features more than 40 pieces including clothing as well as footwear and handbags. Prices range from £14.99 for statement jewellery, through to £149.99 for a leather dress and £179.99 for thigh high boots.Key footwear styles include red patent strappy heels, studded pumps and zebra print sandals. Here's a snap shot of what the line will look like.
